VdS-FireSafety Cologne trade fair on 2nd - 3rd December 2026
The VdS-FireSafety Cologne are among the most important industry events of the year for preventive structural, organisational and plant fire protection and are known for their high-calibre trade audience. They thus offer suppliers in the field of preventive fire protection optimal opportunities to present their products and services to interested trade visitors. The venue is Koelnmesse.

Lots of attention, favorable conditions
A 9 m² row booth (exl. stand construction) for the entire duration of the trade fair can be booked for as little as EUR 2,284 including contribution to AUMA, service and marketing fee, 2 exhibitor badges, catering and meet & greet.
All exhibitors are also invited to hold live demonstrations - particularly exciting demonstrations can be included as stops on the guided tours of the trade fair. The exhibitor forum in the exhibition hall also offers an attractive platform for presenting product, technology and service innovations.

Exhibitor badges
Every booth of 10 sqm surface area gets two exhibitor's badges. Another exhibitor's badge is granted for any further 5 sqm or part thereof. More exhibitor's badges can be booked in addition.
Catering
Lunch incl. beverages is served to the exhibitors on both days of the exhibition. During the exhibition, coffee, tea, and water are available to all exhibitors free of charge.
Meet & Greet
To get to know each other and exchange professional ideas among exhibitors from the fire protection industry, we invite all exhibitors – exclusively – to a ‘Meet & Greet’ at the Koelnmesse on the evening before the first day of the exhibition, 1 December 2026, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Conference participation
Every exhibitor is allowed to have one person per conference participate in parallel expert conferences at half price (normal price charged for any further person).
Evening event on the first day of the exhibition
You have the option of purchasing additional tickets for the evening event on the first day of the trade fair, 2 December 2026. This event will take place in the Kristallsaal and is exclusively for exhibitors and symposium participants. You can look forward to a high-quality buffet, a surprise act and the opportunity to network. The cost is EUR 98 net per person.
